How should i seal the Manifold Exhaust in Lexus ES300

i have to get the Right Hand Side exhaust manifold changed and purchased one for my 1995 ES300 i also got the gasket (3layers welded together).

what i am doubtful about is do I use silicone on both sides for the gasket to sit in place and for a proper sealing??

No seal is used and the three layers will compress to fill any gaps that are there. usually in most of the engines they don't use gaskets all together between the manifold and the engine.
