How do i repair the power steering of Lexus IS300?

try power steering oil first.

I have to agree with Jamil, before you tinker with the actual mechanics, check first if the power steering fluid needs filling up. Sometimes we don't really notice because it's really not part of our regular maintenance.

You might also encounter the sounds for a while even after you have already refilled the fluid. This is because there are still air left on the tubes that the car is trying to get rid of. That is what usually causes the sounds.
