why is the car showing the p0456 code on my Mercedes

i have got the gas cap changed but i am still getting the p0456 code

please advise

this code only reoccurs if you get the job done from a mechanic who is not having the instrument to remove the code

Basically the computer stores all the codes in the computer and when it is repaired or replace the codes have to be removed by the dealer. take you car to the dealer and he will do the job
