what is this noise i hear when the gear is changed?

is there a problem with anyone owning a C200 car? my gear problem has not gone since a month everytime the gear changes there is some noise. its very silent and only can hear when AC is off.

in most cases of Merc, there are warning messages that you receive before the problem is about to start. this can be a very small issue and its good that u have noticed this before the warning as once you get the warning then its a process to remove the message form the computer. First immediately check the Gear oil/transmission oil.
