my car started shaking

i have a 2006 maxima and i have had no problems with my car till now that is it started shaking during driving and suddenly lost the power. The problem is getting even bigger, when stopping on red lights. any advice on this

1. Check all your spark plug cables are fully inserted in plug chamber.

2. Next check all spark plug

3. Next check all spark plug cable and see if all wires are firing properly when exposed to any metal
