wheel balance

i want to know how can i balance wheels on my own my car is wobbly after i have changed the tires and now i can drive on high speed

From where u got the tire, they supposed to balance the tire tire by default. Take it back and shout at them and they will balance it free.

If not go to emarat and eppco fix plus they can do it.

You cant do it by yourself, as u need to remove the wheel and put it on wheel balancing electronic computerized machine to see how much weight it need either side to balance it properly.
