Why is my 2004 Cayenne vibrating when i break?

My 2004 Cayenne is vibrating when i break as if it is going to collapse and the speed is not very high as well.

Pls. someone can help me with advise why is this happening.

Possible engine mounting or supports that hold the engine in place.

Usually if you look depends on what the rubber seal is like in the supports. If not these could be breaks or a number of faults.
