how can i check timing belt?

It only depends on Kms, and better not wait for symptoms as if you wait that long im afraid damage will be already done. In porsche its closer to 100k km, refer to your owners manual see if its nearing that kms.

Guys would really be helpful if the person who replies would double check their information first before replying...

Porsche Boxsters do not run a rubber timing belt, they have an internal timing metal chain that usually does not require changing.

porsche 4 cylinder engines found on 924s,944s,968s have a rubber poly ribbed belt used to time the valve opening with the car's engine rotation.

so my friend you don't have to worry about your boxster's timing chain.
