Is outlet gasket changed with inlet gasket?

Is changing outlet manifold gasket necessary to change with inlet manifold gasket? Can i change just one?

of Outlet Gasket is in perfect condition there is no need at all to change it but if its even halfway good then get the entire gasket changed you can get it as an entire piece that has everything.
