car issue

i have a eldorado and i am the first owner which i had purchased in April of 2008,last October i started noticing a spot on the hood that was obviously not a rock chip, then noticed more and more all over vehicle.from the front till the back.

as it is not a very old model something like this was not expected

what cud be the cause

i dont knw if i shud go to the dealers as i dnt knw how much will they charge me

please advice if i can get it locally

If car under warranty, better to show to dealer before its too late. They might do free touch up or repaint.

Its a sign of poor quality paint job, which is rare to see coming from agency.
