Gear Problem

I am having 2008 VX limited prado with automatic gear , while driving the gear is slow in respone sometime it click very late when i stopped the car.. any one tell me wht is the problem.. if i will hange the gearoil and filter will this be resolved.

As a rule of thumb, change the gear oil and filter first also the gear connector.

If still problem happen write here again and also tell how much mileage vehicle has and whether it has FSH with al futtaim or not?
