RPM increases

when i initially start the car the RPM increases to 2000RPM.

and it takes 5 to 10 min to come back to 1500 to 1000.

why

It needs a good tune. Its a usual practice to start at high RPM and then lower it down as car getting warmed up. But it shouldnt take 5 - 10 mins. Everything should finish in MAX 30 sec - 1 minute at the most.
