how do i fix a small leak for Drain Bolt in my 2002 VW

there is a very small leak coming from the drain bolt and i have noticed there is some kind of a plastic material around my washer. how do i fix the leak without pulling the bolt all the way out and draining it since i just changed the oil a week back??

Make sure the bolt is tight and then clean off all the oil and grease around it then put some sealant around it and it will stop leaking.
