bradly
Do we need to pay for the engine diagnostic test of the car? Actually there was erractic fuel sensor issue in my car. I am driving this car for 3 years now. Never had an issue, this is the first time. The dealer is asking to go for diagnostic test of the car for the same issue. Is there any cost for that? garythomas
well, yes you have to pay for the test if your car is notunder warranty. If your car is under warranty, then your dealer can diagnose it without any labor charge. But if there is any replacement required, it will not be covered in your warranty. I would suggest you that is your car warranty is expired, you better go to the local workshop as it will be way cheaper for you than getting it diagnosed from your dealer.
