Trip report from a passenger 😁 It was a warm start meeting at the shops at lisalli... after a thorough briefing from @Gaurav we headed south past the camel farms and then west into the dunes for some excellent sunset views over the sand. Some excellent side sloping and driving from everyone. Once the sunset we aimed east and had a exciting dark drive back to the exit. Was quite humid and was a cool experience seeing all the beams of headlights catching in the air like laser pointers. Was a pleasure to watch! Thanks @mahesh for a great second lead, you did an amazing job following instructions to the letter and keeping a good distance so you could react to my instructions. Thanks to @Jeandre Bezuidenhout for sweeping us through the first part of the drive until we hooked up with @Simon D at pink rock. yon amazing did an amazing job of keeping me informed all the way and keeping the convoy together. A special thank you to the busiest person on the drive @Mark B as always great to have you on the drive your knowledge and patience are where they need to be to take full command of the center of the convoy. well done and thanks for being there to support the drive, great job as always. Thanks @Simon D for sweeping us from pink rock back towards red rock and then taking the lead for the last hour of darkness, always a pleasure to have you lead us. @Davie Chase @Simon D @Mark B thank you very much for the drive and guidance. I was scared of getting into night drives after my second drive with carnity in which I couldn't get the direction properly at all and was going down the dunes a lot. That fear is all gone after today's drive. 😃
