Here is the screenshot from my dash cam. The pocket that caused your bash plate damaged the radiator. I saw the impact from sweep side.

Agree with Luke, that is a kiss rather than a hard bump. The bash plates primary role is to protect the radiator not to damage it.

They explain some of the report from the weakened crossmember below the radiotor that can cause damage. below is a picture of my skid plate installed, one of the firsts back in Jan 2025, never had any issues. And here is how its holding up a year later! 🫣
