  1. its a very funny thing that in this summer the cadillac manufacturers have used some sort of material that really reduces the interior heat of the car as i use to drive nissan b4 that would be boiling from inside but not in this car. thanks
  2. if the guy is saying that the pump needs a change then maybe it dose coz definitely u can get it cleaned but not necessarily you will succeed and secondly its not very expensive to just replace it. if u spend on cleaning and still not satisfied you will pay for a new one wats the point. hey your call man just an opinion. choose wisely
  3. Spark plug has a life of 30-40k km and for sure if spark plugs are bad then startup and misfiring issues are very common.
  4. If no fault, it must be some loose connection or blown fuse. If all those things are fine, i suggest get the computer check and read the code for fault and take action. Clear the code and start the vehicle if light again comes back same moment or in a day, then that fault code is right and you need to change or fix that part. if it doesn't come back, so don't bother and enjoy as it was due to some electrical problem that light came on and you cleared it.
  5. Get all fuses and relay check for constant continuity.
  6. very difficult location, its near the cylinder number 6 and 8. You really need to twist your neck and see it and bend your hands, wrist and fingers to change it. Make sure you work on cold car or else for sure you will get third degree burns.
  7. There must be some heat shield or other part must be scracthing on drive shaft or boot. Lift the vehicle on scissor jack and see what troubling the car down and then fix it or trim it if needed.
  8. i am a owner of 2006 Cadillac CTS everything was going good till it started fluctuating idel on the highway and even in the city I have used injection cleaner and plugs are new. Any help will be great. thanks
