Check PSF (Power Steering Fluid) also used as ATF in many cases. Top up this and see for next day if it stays same. Ways to top up this fluid is little tricky. Open canister and top up if needed. Then start the car and turn full wheel left and top up again, then turn full wheel right and top up again. After that turn steering left and right 5 - 10 times and see if more fluid is needed. If not close the canister and check next day morning, hopefully it will be fine.

Looks like gear oil need change if not gear rebuild (expensive). If jerk happening same in all gear shift than it shud be gear oil. (100 -200aed). If jerk happening more in one or two gear more like from 1st ti 2nd more jerk and 3rd to 4th less than gear rebuild is require with clucth plates and all. (1000 - 1500aed), there are many shops in shj can do that. Fixing auto gear. Are you in a habit of racing on every red light and reving enging more on first gear?????? Then after gear rebuild you will slow down
