once you open the engine there is the filter that is fixed vertically there is a clip to hold it down just replace the vertical filter thats all.

Well i am not too sure as infiniti parts are expensive then regulr car parts but it should be more then 2k. best is to call the parts guy and ask by giving ur chassis number
