Hello Derek, Thank you for the response. Have you been to that area yourself? Did you find a hitch or a hook? I was there before I wrote this message and was not able to find anything for the Sorento except seat covers davehuge has had an issue before (he has a message on this forum) - he has identified http://www.icon-auto.com/ictb.html who fix a custom made hitch / hook for the Sorento (or for any car for that matter). I have already missed the opportunity I had for a drive so am probably not planning anything till end of the year. After that I might jump for this option or another one.

Hello everyone, I am looking for a hook / hitch for my Sorento 2013. Something that is more reliable than the built in (screw in system) . Does anyone have any experience in this?

Wow, this is interesting. I have been trying to off-road with others and am unable to do everything the leader in a Japanese vehicle does. I would like to be led by a Korean car and learn of its capabilities. So I recommend the dunes - liwa, hatta, whatever. We could probably continue on to a rocky height for the bbq at the end or something. But I am speaking with no prior knowledge of what the group is like, what u did on the first drive etc. Pls fill me in.
