Up until last year RSA insurance were using credit card number and CVC on the phone to process the transaction, the most scariest thing to get CC details in wrong hands. Usually the companies aren't bad, but the way they handle the CC information makes me scare and run away. If I'm using online I always check the https and padlock sign first: And then second, if they are using at least 128 bit encryption, 256 is better. Without these two it means information is going like a notepad file that anyone can see all auth data. The only surprising fact I learned new today was from @Alexander Alcala experience of CC hack from shopping mall visits without even using it. Really scary.

Isn't pre-approved transactions are of small amount of 200 or 500 dhs max? Like the fuel station billing never needed a PIN...? Moral of the story: Spend all your money faster, before scammer takes it away.

For cars who doesn't have digital gauge, you can use AC cold air turning to stuffy air as a first sign. Stock heat gauge needle has a huge blind spot and before moving a little to avoid panicking the driver, car ECU cuts off AC compressor automatically until engine temps drop. If you car AC has a ECO mode, use that while off-roading it will create a very good balance on keeping AC cool air and plus off-road stress on the vehicle. Lastly, try night drives, you will love it as desert temperature in night is much cooler than city temp and less or not humid. Again, there is no end to modifications for summer from racing coolant, racing thermostat, thicker engine oil, cooler heat range spark plug, aux fans, aluminum radiator but avoiding extreme heat of 10 AM - 3 PM goes long way to keep everyone happy.

Most of the drives (80%-90%) are already running under same schedule to escape the heat.

Lift the bonnet from back with two or three additional nuts as a spacer, that is much safer and efficient to let the engine bay hot air escape easily.

Very important and valid question @Jerry Han. Quick answer: YES, but it depends on how well you can talk, communicate and push it. Long Answer: Technically all off-road worthy cars (Incl. your Pajero) should honor warranty if something stops working while off-roading within the warranty period. This excludes the accidents, for which you need to have an off-road insurance (separate topic). But often times, many dealers service advisors try (first attempt) to scare customers by saying oh you took it to the desert.....! These service advisors are probably trained to scare customers like that, so that customers sub-consciously thinks that desert related failures aren't covered in the warranty. At this time, you need to stand strong and say, please show me in writing the warranty clause where it says that certain failure will not be covered if I take my car to the desert. Success rate: 50% Last trump card: If they still dishonor the warranty with all reasonable talks and deny all arguments. Ask them to provide this same excuse in writing, so that you can take this matter to consumer right and plus Mitsubishi Japan. Success rate: over 90%. In last 10% scenario you genuinely can't do anything OR parent company (Mitsubishi Japan) covers that failure in a goodwill warranty even if its not covered for other customers - remote but possible chance. Example: My friend Nissan patrol failed a differential twice, they changed it in warranty and dishonor for the third time as my friend was running bigger tires. He wrote to Nissan Japan and they offered a goodwill warranty but made it clear that this is the last time we are replacing the differential due to use of bigger tires.

Actually there is a module in Leaders Lead session where all carnity leaders have tried and manage to drive in the desert below 2K - 2.5K rev as a practice to chart a route for recovery/rescue lead, when any car breaks down. You should try and see how much your car engine is actually capable at 2K rev band to climb a hill in slow-mo.

You shouldn't be taking 360 degree feedback as a Mayhem even when its constructive criticism. Trip lead can only contribute when he/she has been told of certain issues by other peers or experience a slow down with constant refusals or stuck. Example: If a person fighting gravity on every dune it may go unnoticed by trip lead and it "has to be" reported by peers for each other safety.
