  1. At first after reading your problems i thought the issue had something to do with the battery or alternator. But now that you have mentioned sensors, there is one possibility, loss of power and poor performance usually occurs when the O2 sensor had failed. Dont know much about it but i had it fixed once. It also had something to do with fuel usage as well. Is ur car taking up too much fuel too?

  2. Definitely a bad heater core which is behind/under the dashboard. There should be two hoses going inside the firewall under the hood which carry and return the warm coolant to the core. The blower motor blows across the heater core and pushes the warm air into the vehicle. Feel the carpet under the dash on the front-passenger side and check if it is damp because mostly if the core starts leaking the carpet beneath it gets damp. It could also be completely choked up with dust/dirt/debris/insects which would stop the air from flowing through it from the fan.

  3. Sorry to be the source of bad news but you do not have cooling seats.

Instead they are ventilated seats which ensure air flow through and out of the seats along with the interiors of the car. There is standard information available on the lexus website on them ... the amount of "cooled" seats you will get will only depend on the AC working in the car.
