  1. No no. it doesn’t mean that engine blows up. Misfiring is when there is combustion problem of the fuel in the cylinder. The gasoline present in the cylinder if not combust in expected passage of timing, it is called misfiring. And engine vibration is the main think you notice when this happens. There can be lot of causes behind it, mainly vacuum leak or some problem in spark plugs, ignition coil and timing belt. You cannot ignore this my friend, you have to go the dealer before your car starts heating.
