Only dealer my friend, as CX-9 is not very famous in Dubai so you have very less chances in finding with accessories shops in Deira or in Sharjah. If you like you can consider the universal side steps, that might fit but not very good looking though.

Dealer is highly advisable for major service if you can afford, for two reason first they know exactly what all things need to be checked and changed. Secondly major service at dealer will get you good resale value while selling. You can also look at dynatrade rates if they take up the major service, I have got once normal oil change service once and they were nice and fast.

you will easily find it in any accessory shop, i saw one last week going to deira. opp the creek there are several car accessory shops.
