go to Mercedes R US in Rashidya. they will be of good help and reasonable pricing too.

First things first.

Get the car VIN no checked if its stolen or salvage car. Run vin vumber on internet on many US website and you will come to know. If its clean then only put ur hand.

Second pointer: Its not age, its mileage that matter so its not very great deal but its a good deal indeed considering so many km still.

Get the full car diagnostic by MB guys and ask them to evaluate this for you, i hope MB dealer in Saudi isnt like Dubai where they dont touch imported cars at all. If they are same then get car fully checked with MB specialized garage and see the reality and then decide.

If i am in your place i wont put hand on MB that is 150K + in less than 3 years, just my gut feeling or may be im weird.

Follow the porcedure

1st clean the throttle body by removing the intake snorkel

have assistance to hold the throttle wide open for you.

2nd using a carbonator cleaner scrub the back side of the throttle plate and surrounding bore.

3rd spray some cleaner in the small holes next to the throttle plate

get a diagnostic check done and you will know what is the problem.

If the other blower is working and not this one then what is there u confirm

It is not working get it replaced.

The following things needs to be checked

Break pads and shoes

Engine Oil

Brake Fluid

Transmission Fluid

Gear Fluid

Tyres

Filters.

Did u check the suspension balloon if it is damaged?

check the fuel pump.

It maybe the Gear Oil Problem

Drain the entire water and refill it with coolant there will be no problem.

In fact using coolant in place of water is even better to avoid any kind of rusting.

after leaving the car for more then an hour get down and see below the car if you can see it still then it is better to get it checked with a mechanic

Tyre rotation is not a part of general service and you should get it done with Tyre expert.

Go to a petrol station and the attendant will do it for you.

I noticed that the hand break of my car is not working when i was on a uneven road and i pulled the hand break to leave my leg off the wheel break but the car still did not stop.
