I really doubt if you can repair it. Changing the whole Oil pump is the only solution.

Remove it completely and keep it in car and then get it welded again, its fine. You dont need to change it unless its damage. Its just a metal heat shield.

Engine sits on 3 - 4 rubbing mounting known as Engine foundation. If any or all are cracked or torn it creates tis vibration. Get it check and changed as its not expensive. But its irritating a lot.
