no its not normal.....how old is ur car and u have to c whethr there is any leaks.... u can observe ur parking or even ur engine gaurd for the leaked oil marks....

it depends on ur kms done and expiry of the tyres..... 60000 kms and 4-5 yrs r normal for branded tyres
