i have a 2005 altima which is having a window issue

the window from one side wont go up or down, it looks like a funny triangle

so i took the entire panel apart to see if the automatic power window motor is working or not which it did but the one side of the regulator had gone bad

if i replace the regulator can i use the same motor.
