Hey People. I would like to share my opinion about Nissan customer service. I think they are highly disappointing when it comes to servicing of the car. You cannot believe they are gonna replace the transimission in my car for the third time. My car is 6 years old, but i have maitained my car really well. They are really careless when I give my car to them for servicing and everytym something or the other has to be replaced.

Your car has a bad piston ring. You can go for compression test to check if the cylinder is low compressed. Compression test will help you to actually ignore any kind of serious trouble in your car.

I think one can go for conventional mineral oil and synthetic. Re-refined motor oil does not last forever in an engine and hey are most likely to get leaked in the engine parts.

There are basically three types of motor oils that you can use in the car.

Conventional mineral oils: they come up additives like detergents, anti-wear agents and viscosity maintainer.

synthetic oils: synthetic oil is the superior oil which holds even in the high burning temperature and does not leak.

re-refined motor oil: this type of motor oil is recycled oil.

The most common places are water pump and intake manifold gasket. If its water pump, there is no option of fixing it but rather you have to replace it. But ya, you can always opt re-manufactured water pump than a new water pump.
