no i dont think anything is broken as these cars are good built Japanese so dont worry too much

its definitely a gear problem the reverse gear should be checked. go to a good nissan workshop who dose gear work as this is a very intense job and needs an experienced hand on this.

Michelin tires are good for most car . which ones did the others suggest you. how much do u drive consider these points as tires changing can get expensive.

ball joint is what connects the wheels to the steering and its a part of the suspensions.
the joint with time become loose which then has excessive play in the joint and can affect your cars wheel alignment with uneven wearing of the tires.
If you hear any "clunking" sound when hitting a bump or offroad then its a loose ball joint causing the noise.
If u are facing any of the above mentioned problem then its a good idea to change the ball joint.

if you get the lift done in my knowledge the warranty will get void the warranty is only applicable if the car is in stock position
