  1. Change is good, if you can afford or if its in warranty. Or else repair or align it.
  2. In the engine bay, in fuse box. I think its the 40 Amp one, blue in color (not sure though)
  3. check the fuses and relay and then doubt the connection wiring under seats, as it usually go bad under driver seat due to constant load and constant adjustments.
  4. defintely head gasket is gone beyond an extent. im sure you must be seeing lot of white smoke and loss in power?
