  1. I think the owner of this Pajero just bought this sticker in Dragon Mart 😅
  2. Hi Vic, Welcome to Carnity ! To be honest, i have never heard of this edition. Only found this orange / red stickered LWB one on a Polish website. Are you sure it is available in GCC ? The Pajero can be easily modified to your wishes and budget.
  3. Looks like the newest generation of diesel cars are actually « cleaning » the air: https://www.fleeteurope.com/en/new-energies/europe/features/newest-diesel-engines-clean-air?a=SBL09&t[0]=Diesel&t[1]=Diesel ban&t[2]=Euro 6d TEMP&t[3]=particulate matter&t[4]=Air pollution&curl=1
  4. Belgium: Petrol 95: 6.27 Aed Petrol 98: 6.53 Aed Diesel: 6.48 Aed
  5. Aaah the good old Swedish tanks !!! Love them. They were indistructable !
  6. I definitely would not go more than 300-400mm with ANY 4x4 or SUV.
  7. The Scandinavians are way ahead on many fronts. They don’t boast about it but just carry on and keep making improvements for society, life, health, and safety.
  8. Buying an additional smaller 4 cylinder car to save a bit on petrol. Both my Pajeros drink more than a Russian sailor. With my stupid passion for cars that removes common sense thinking that car won’t be a Tida or Yaris which would evidentially be the best option. Lets see what 2020 brings...
  9. 1999 BMW 318 Touring which i bought for 1400 euro. It had already 330.000kms on the clock but bought it and got engine replaced. Did another 120.000kms with it without any issues. oh and even cheaper was a ‘87 Range Rover Classic for 250 euros with the plan of restoring but after seeing the amount of work I sold it for 500 the next week.
  10. Well done ! I will be doing the same with my 2008 Pajero soon !
  11. "Practice does not make perfect, the sand is too fickle a dame for that to be the case, but it does mean you learn to avoid trouble from time to time". Quote of the year !!!
  12. That looked like an amazing drive guys ! I’m looking forward to be in pursuit of that black panther soon !! @Javier M congrats with your first official drive lead buddy, I’m sure you used all possible gears and pushed the envelope 😎 see you soon back !
  13. Adding lots of complexity to the mix. But this mix of hybrids will be a common sight until electric completely breaks through.
  14. Nope, i bought it from an international trucker who took it on his trailer on the way back from UK to Belgium. It still had the UK license plate on it. But classic cars can be definitely registered in Belgium if they are either LHD or RHD.
  15. Was planning to do the same to this crappy Range Rover that i bought in Belgium, but ended up selling it again to an enthousiast who had more time than me restore it.
  16. Happy New Year ! Thanks Richard, i noticed you also signed up for the Intermediate drive. Better to sign-out for that one.
  17. UPDATE: Drive is cancelled due to low sign-up which is expected at this time of year. We will be having an Absolute Newbie and also an Intermediate Level drive on the same morning, so kindly select one of these drives. @Wrangeld @Shamil Please confirm that you have seen this message. Thanks ! BR, Fred

  19. Horrible accident. Looking at the dune formation I have the impression he ended up in a very soft patch or indeed stalled as he lost momentum in a split second.
  20. Jawaher would have so much fun in these farmlands !
  21. Omg now i remember that one ! That was so popular in Belgium !
  22. With so many nationalities in Carnity, i thought it would be nice to share 1 single defining picture of your hometown or area. I will start with sharing a nice photo a friend of mine took a few days back. Country: Belgium City: Merelbeke Description: The river "Scheldt". The Scheldt is a 350-kilometre long river in northern France, western Belgium, and the southwestern part of the Netherlands.
