    I my self use RSA for all my vehicles and I have offroad cover for both my Xterra and my JGC I used the offroad cover for my JGC last year with no issues at all provided police report was there . there was no specification about the distance from tarmac.

    Generally the front tow hook in Xterra is inherently weak due to 2 bolts points of attachment. And I recommend to install a minimum of three bolt attachment tow hook since this has happened. However periodic inspection to the integrity of the tow hooks be it front or back for rust, bend, loosening … etc is extremely important especially after being recovered or you were the recovery car in your last drive .

    Yeah don’t tell me about it . The trick from your side is to tilt your chin up till it makes one line with your 4 finger breadth palm facing straight down the rest on the one doing it 🤣

    Sure the resources are wide . However the one here gives really a theoretical platform for a better and safe practice . even reading own past reports or comments when encountering similar or about doing similar route is useful . realy I recommend every one especially newbies / fewbies and any one to read and re read such relevant topics to our weekly practice . cheers
