  1. DRIVE DESCRIPTION Hello and welcome to Carnity Night Drives. Few points worth mentioning here regarding desert driving at night, more to be emphasized and reminded during the brief at the meeting point:- 1. No need for offroad lights except for car number 1 . If you have them, that’s ok to use them unless the front car asks kindly to let it off. All you need is to follow strictly the front car. The high beam stock lights/fog lights are adequate for convoy trips 2. Always see where you step ( hand torch or headlight ) during inflation, deflation, and during the breaks. 3. Try to avoid the bushes when out of the car. 4. It’s highly recommended to have your legs and feet covered, as creepers like exposed feet and legs 😅 5. Always carry your radio wherever you go. 6. The speed and distance between cars fall in half of that during a daylight drive ( will talk more in the brief ) 7. Desert driving rules hold valid and are more emphasized here as we are bound with limited visibility. Last but not least, night drives are a different world to explore and experience. It’s nice, cool, and it’s another level of enjoyment. Once you master it, I assure you that you will be able to see without seeing, and to you, the darkness will become as clear as the daylight. “ MUST READ AND COMPLY Environmental Policy Offroad Flag Guideline Two Way Radio Guideline Off road Driving Etiquettes Emergency details for all off-roaders Off Road Driving - Roles & Responsibilities First time with Carnity Off-road Club: Please share your vehicle details - Make, Model, Color, and Year. 6. Indeed it was a wonderful day , clean air in cool morning . 19 cars were aligned taking the long track along the military base fence toward little Sweihan where from this point the long train split in two convoys who took a divergent ways of action and thrill . the sand was compact enough to ride the slip side all the way along west side of the grid to loop from its narrow most end backward bowling up and down the hard side . The pace could never be faster than our vehicles could bear the firm ground post two days of rain . at a point we met Emanuel’s convoy to unite back to the flat sabkha for our Epic picture ( in gallery ) the same way we started the same way we ended and the train connected back safely . high lights : it was a pleasant surprise to meet @DP1011 after such a long time . thanks for joining us my friend 🙏 the terrain , dunes and pits after the rain entailed special attention and different approach to tackle each passengers , kids and families enjoyed the outing as much as we did . it was an epic social picture taking at the end . Special thanks to : @Emanuel for leading the second convoy well done my friend @Frans M in the middle sparing no effort helping especially the last one winching my Xterra from its nose dive . @JC_E for keeping a Vigilant eye on all of us from end of the convoy @Mei Ling for the quick response as second lead as well as from pulling me and Deepak one after the other from our “educational crest “ 😂 thank you a lot for the the participants from both convoys for joining and enjoying the drive . till we meet again take care and drive safe where ever you are cheers 🌹 Seidam

  13. Hello friends in high level fast paced drives it’s better not to stretch the convoy passed 10 vehicles for safety reasons . However if there will be a drop out the system will automatically drag in from the wait list in first come first serve bases . Let’s see how things go toward the end of the week .
