  9. Tbh… 220k car at 30k is a little overpriced… however, get a quote from Habtoor to fix the mentioned issues and try to get that deducted from the deal.. value should be around 24k… on the other side , 3.8s are rare
  10. @Frederic my 2014 pajero had the up shift issue.. and I’ve had conflicting information about which models have or are free from this issue… @taz911 best is frederic suggested ; to floor on 1st gear!! I agree that pajero are little underpowered than the X , however it’s the skill that counts in the end! Additionally it’s a perfect family car for weekend getaway! Can carry everything u need for days’ of camping for the full family. The flip side is expensive spare parts. with few modifications to engine oil cooling and bash plates, you are ready to roll on 80% of dunes in UAE.
  11. Pajero all the way!!!! Totally agree and disagree ! If you really want to enjoy what off-roading is about! Go for pajero 3.8! There is nothing fun than riding a recognized underdog and having the luxury of a full fledged SUV!
  12. Dear dune surfers!! it’s a short convoy and m hoping to cover a lot of ground experiencing every type of dune along the way!! @premindra rajaram @Gurcharan Mehta @Juan R @Richard Franks @Looper the sunrise these days is around 6.15 am.. let’s target to be deflated and flag up ready to leave by 6.30 am!! see you all tomorrow!!!
  13. I feel the vibe @premindra rajaram! And happy to see you look at things on the “plus” side! Well done.. we are sure to have a lot of fun with a short convoy!!! See you on Saturday !!!
