    My tires on my Xterra is 265/70 R16. All seasons is what they call the Dunlop Grandtrek TG 28 M2. I have no problems till now even after 40000km. Still going fine

    Dear @Lorenzo Candelpergher from my personal experience I can vouch @Shaaz Sha will stand with you and make sure you and your car are safely escorted out of the desert if at all a problem arises. I can also vouch as an advisor he will be an asset to @Carnity club as I have seen with my own eyes how he can self recover a stuck car from unbelievable stuck situations. Its a treat to watch both his hands and legs work like a dance to budge a car out of soft sands. It seems the car obeys his commands and gives up playing hard and just comes out.

    Please give me a day more to really confirm. After my 2nd dose of vaccination last week all my strength and concentration is at stake. Don't know why. Its really hard for me to move or concentrate. Most of the time feel sleepy and tired. Maybe stressed out and nothing to do with vaccination. But overall I feel something has gone wrong. That's why I really didn't commit for a drive last week.

    UPDATE. Fill up the silicone fluid in the fan clutch if you have a fat wallet. I found out very painfully that it increases the overall fuel consumption of your car. Mine is a daily drive car and I used to get 450kms from a full tank which has dropped drastically to 400kms average. The 50 km difference everyday adds up to your monthly spending. The upside is the cooling. The AC is cooling so much that you will find driving your car much better than sitting at home or office.

    @Ale Vallecchi when a convoy having drivers of almost same skills its fun to explore the desert. Enjoyed the drive very much especially when me & @Shaaz Sha altered our fan clutch for the harsh environment of the desert and could enjoy the drive with cabin completely closed with a super cool AC and no intrusion of sand winds inside. It was a test drive for us which worked out perfectly as there was minimal refusals and stucks.
