  1. Thanks @Hisham Masaad for the thrilling drive . as always enjoying the company and sharing some laughs with some old friends make a good weekend start see you all again soon in the sand soon
  2. @Ale Vallecchi thank you for sharing with us these marvellous pictures and experience. enjoy the rest of your trip.
  3. I dont think it will be an easy job to do it yourself as you need to support the engine wheight while replacing them. As an advice change both engine mounts plus the transmission mount all thogether . When the engine mount is broken the transmission mount will have to work extra by holding the weight of the engine as well. This will slash the life span of it. .
  4. Personally i preferer Antarctica boots as they seal really well compared to Decathlon and others , but you the laces is really annoying , my top preference is the Auto lacing system boots which are note really easy to find
  5. The zipper one is not really a good option , as the sand gets in easily. But i have kept a pair in the trunk when i am feeling too lazy ( for short unplanned trips in the desert)..😂
  6. Happy birthday @Gaurav... enjoy your new level in life 😂 😆. I hope it brings you excitement, joy and success. Cheers 🍻🥳
  7. Well done @Benjamin, exceptional driver , always ready to help and willing to learn . I see you have a good recipe for success. Keep it up 🥳

  9. Thanks @Brette for the relaxing and enjoyable drive . By 7:00 AM everyone was on site setting up their flags and deflating their tires. just before we started the briefing @Deepak Eswar reported a mechanical problem with his car's transfer box, which unfortunately prevented him from joining the drive. ( i hope its just a minor issue and you will be able to join the drive next week) Immediately after the briefing as we got into the sand, everyone took their position in the convoy. I can't say other than well done everyone as you all drove well. we didn't have any major issues during the drive just a few minor refusals and some stuck which are totally normal. no need to feel ashamed or embarrassed about it as this is part of the learning process. We didn't even have to use the rope in any of the recoveries!!! It was a pleasure meeting you all @Rk ram @Marketa Dobesova @nairanoopc @sohinik @christian @martin moody @Patrick @Simon D @Klaus Pedersen @Parliament @Misha Puskar @Deepak Eswar I hope you enjoyed @Felix Obstbeing in the passenger this time with @Marketa Dobesova i could tell that you have given her a few tricks in off-roading 😄 looking forward to see you all soon again . cheers 🍻

  12. @Frederic unfortunately it seems i will be having a business trip next sunday that will prevent me from being part of the much awaited overlanding experiance 😢. so i will drop my name from the going list and giving the opportunity to the other on the waiting list to enjoy this experiance . Enjoy and have fun and get back safely everyone.
  13. Oh Man what an amazing weekend , camping was an absolute blast the night before with @Hisham Masaad @Abdelghani and @Mohamad Anwer including the time we spent driving in the desert looking to find a camping spot ( Not Dune Bashing !!) 😅😁. thanks guys for the great company ... @Varun Mehndiratta thanks for preparing such a drive ,i loved how we spent most of the time ridge riding , regardless over 200+ Meters or not i had to keep pushing it to the max especially having @Hisham Masaad only a few cars behind me with the stick in his hand , as this time he was yalla pushing us from the back 😲😰😅😂 @Naveen Raj well done as a SL , you drove your Pajero amazingly well. @MMansoor i hope your bumper is fine and it can be fixed easily @Beide Worku i was a bit worried at the beginning that you might have broken something serious when i have seen your car smoking . but man i was so relived to know its only the hose ( which was engineered to fail anyway 😂) am sorry for what happened and i hope fixing it will not cost you a fortune @Gertjan its always a pleasure driving with you buddy and thanks for the nice clicks @Gerrit Bus impressive handling of your long car . @Tareq Al Turq you have drove amazingly well my friend , i can see that using some new techniques paid well 😉 @Mohamad Anwer i am so glad after so many months you are back stronger and confident than ever . @Ranjan Das we missed you in shwuaib , but i was glad to see you on this one @Vaibhav its always great to drive with you man. @Waqas Parvez and @ASAD. that way your beast Prado's are torching the sand is just breath taking looking forward to see you all soon in the san

  15. @Mohamad Anwer ,i guess @Carnity intentionally puts us under this kind of mental and physical stress like the F1 drivers so we can cope better better with the actual race and terrain and become a better drivers 🤣.
