For other late comers it will end up a long drive early morning , to have sunrise view !

  8. I lost my number plate and filed a police report . Upon receiving the email, lost certificate, I noticed, there was error on the report issued, everything eg. Requestor name etc was all ok, except the vehicle plate number/ owner etc.... 😂 Called call centre, and they said please go to Port Rashid police station and check with them, and request them to update it manually, and Call centre also confirmed they are able to see that what I requested was my number plate and the certificate issued was for a different one. After visiting, they updated manually and issued new certificate -however upon asking why is the mistake there - *Sunday * * Cost of police report : 70 + Cost to print plate in RTA - 35 ( small one) so guess, next time lost number plate - Please try to raise police report on Weekday😄

  14. @Mahesh_ Driving in night is a different experience, some enjoy it and some dont...:) very subjective. However based on my personal experience, I would recommend you do one NB or FB drive, and understand if thats your taste and comfort...personally me too I dont have off road lights, but more than that i have 50% tinted glasses, so i realised my enjoyment is Day light drives but once in a while, specially closer to full moon I love twilight and night drive too:)...
  15. You will! Looking forward to the be part of ur spl 50✌️ As promised this drive will be second leg of where we left last drive, so we start where we had our end , and cover Double bowl in first 30 minutes💥😁!

  18. Congratulations @Hani crest king ! Well deserved! Now u do u plan to promote the name to Hani Crest Emperor?😂
  19. My Fav - Those "most challenging technical dunes" heading towards chimney! Brace up guys to put to test your skills of managing with 2000-2500 RPM✌️!
  20. Dear Nahil'ians ! @Luke K P @Aser @Shaun J @Nizar Shawwa @Julien Recan @Frans M @Alexanderrr @Andrew John Melvill @Faraz94 @Zulfikhar Naiyar @Brett Eicher @azad @Cristian. Am still recollecting how amazingly every on drove - But the star of the drive was @Andrew John Melvill who was on his first drive and was able to keep up with the pace and challenge equally with others who had few drives under their belt at this level and second to be highlighted if I had to highlight would be @Faraz94 with his Haval ! Impressive handling of your machine buddy ! . We managed to do 50% of what I had planned and soon, we will resume where we finished the drive ! Thanks @Luke K P for the Tea again, and you were a perfect SL for the occasion, keeping right distance and rerouting where needed. and @Looper Thanks for strongly anchoring the centre forward of the convoy, and managing those few refusals. and @Zulfikhar Naiyar for sweeping us and with communications all times Am sure you all had a great time, and looking forward to another one soon ! ( Again - Thank you more importantly for being on time - That helped us make the most of our drive and am sure you all noticed it was getting hot by 9am, slightly overshot our exit time by 30 mins: ) @azad - Hope your issue of check engine was sorted and you are all set for next drive ! @Gautam Banka - We missed you - but am glad you managed to pass on your experience to NBs ! Below snap shot of what we managed to cover - see you all in sands sooon !
  21. @Luke K P @Aser @Shaun J @Nizar Shawwa @Julien Recan @Frans M @Alexanderrr @Andrew John Melvill @Faraz94 @Zulfikhar Naiyar @Gautam Banka @Brett Eicher @azad @Cristian. Gents ! Thanks to @Looper, NO WL is left behind. Convoy order for tomorrow's drive as below : Radio channel 2: 446.031 Meeting time 5.30, start time 5.40. Please plan accordingly to start early so we exit on time, making the most of those wonderful dunes Nahil offers ! Please make sure all your off-road gears in place and radios fully charged. See you all tomorrow !
  22. https://maps.app.goo.gl/rTZhZknE9PS68wrZ6 - Here you go - the best option, which even I will be relying on. The next one is slightly far, and you have to go past the meeting point and then take U turn/ Right turn to join : https://maps.app.goo.gl/7jSqSVbTK3NJurxR8
  23. @Faraz94 - Thanks for reminding - https://maps.app.goo.gl/uoPKsJH8NAUYKdnS6?g_st=ic Hope you can make it! 🤞
  24. Dear Confirmed & Waitlisted members !! - If you are sure to join the drive, please react with any reaction emoji - and if you are not sure, or tentative, please reply to this with a message "tentative". ( obviously there could be some last minute issues, but if you are already aware of it, pls do consider those now :D ) Reason : If everyone is confirmed , our very own @Looper has agreed to take split convoy so everyone is able to have a drive - However he has agreed to do this ONLY if its a certain number of confirmed members warranting split convoy ! hence this update, So we can accordingly let Looper also plan his satday morning. . @Luke K P @Aser @Shaun J @Nizar Shawwa @Julien Recan @Frans M @Alexanderrr @Andrew John Melvill @Faraz94 @Zulfikhar Naiyar + WL members @Mahmut @Gautam Banka @Brett Eicher @Deepak Eswar @azad @Cristian. P.S - If your car is in garage and have been promised to be deliver by Friday Or if you have a party on Friday night- These both falls under category "Tentative" . Also note - The drive is in Abu Dhabi, meeting time 5.30, start time 5.40am Thanks DP
