  2. DRIVE DESCRIPTION Welcome to Carnity off-road club - Fewbie drive! Join us for an exciting off-road adventure as we gather at Sweihan, nestled in the stunning Abu Dhabi desert. Our journey begins in the morning, heading toward the iconic Nagra Hill. During this drive, I’ll also be scouting the area for trash and litter, as it was quite messy during my last visit. To make this experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all participants to carefully review the guidelines, etiquettes, and responsibilities outlined below and to follow them diligently throughout the drive. 3. Fantastic news.. Congratulations @Andrew John Melvill See you soon on the sand 🫡
  4. Congratulations @J-P L Jimny’s Powerful Legend 🚙✨ Nothing can’t stop this man (except maybe soft sand, but that’s what shovels are for) Your Jimny may be compact, but your energy and spirit are as massive as dunes in Badayer.
  5. Hi @SIBIN I checked Method MR105 options from Method website. There are two offset options. 0 mm and -38 mm. The standard rim on Prado is 25 mm offset. When I compare standard vs MR105, If your rim now is 0 mm offset, the tire sticks out by 25 mm. This is the illustration how the fender clearance is reduced. When you add 30 mm wheel spacers, the tire will stick out by 55 mm. Like what @Frederic said it will be too far out even you lifted by 2” because the tires are not inside the wheel well. CMIIW
  6. Congratulations @Emanuel 🏆. I am thrilled to see your promotion to Expert level. It’s been a pleasure sharing the journey with you in the Leaders Lead Training. Looking forward to drive with you.
  7. Hi @Diego Thanks for the heads-up! Totally understand. Hope your car gets sorted soon and back on the trails. We’ll miss having you on the drive.
  8. Hello Desert Explorers, @Frederic @Diego @Krinesh @ChrisW @Yurybel @nithish468 @Aser @J-P L @Zulfikhar Naiyar @Srikumar Get ready for an unforgettable off-road adventure! As we prepare to journey through the ever-changing beauty of the desert, our focus is on safety, teamwork, and shared excitement. Nature always has the final say, and our goal is to explore it with respect, responsibility, and a spirit of discovery. The plan is to visit the Fox Den with style — expect playful ups and downs, side sloping, ridge riding, and exciting criss crossing. We'll explore the terrain with care and return with great memories and sandy tires. Whether you're a seasoned driver or new to the trails, this convoy is about supporting one another and enjoying the ride. All drivers are kindly reminded to make sure the fuel tank is in full before reaching the meeting pint and carry essential off-road gear to ensure safety. Don’t forget extra water, snacks, sun protection, and a fully charged radio. We will use channel 4 (446.081).

  12. Hello the dune bashers... This drive was very special to me, it was my first time officially leading a desert convoy with Carnity! Everyone showed up on time, ready and eager, which gave us a great start and set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable morning. There was one blue FJ at the meeting point without flag and radio 😁, he even joined the briefing!. Fortunately, just before we moved out, @Looper asked "who is in the blue FJ?", we explained to him the situation, removed the flag, took the radio, and kindly sent him home. we started with warm-up, riding small ridges and gradually moving to longer ridges toward the pink rock. We climbed the dunes slowly before pink rock, took a nice break with group photo and then start again with rainbows on the pink rock. all of this was great preparation before climbing the big reds. We crossed the pink rock with ease, then continue toward the big red with some nice side-ies and climbs along the way. Finally we reached the BIG Reds, I tried twice and could not make it because there was a tricky turn, then we took one track on the right next to the ATVs, and we had another climbs. Everyone drove fantastically, we had some minor refusals but the self recoveries were excellent. We also did some fun looping as I copied from the owner @Looper to see how the convoy moving and thank you for the feedback. well done @Danie for your first fewbie drive, you kept up with the pace effortlessly. Great self recovery @khurramm! Awesome driving @Paul Eldho with the Xterra Excellent handling of that big LC on the ridge riding @Kirill K, hope there is no major issue on the underbody. For the Fb+ and Int @J-P L @Jose Luis Campos @Johannes Roux @Faraz94 @Andrei S @Andrew John Melvill @Zulfikhar Naiyar its always a pleasure driving with you again and again, hope you guys enjoyed it. See you all on Saturday on my 2nd partial lead 🦾
