We kicked off our off-road adventure just after 07:10, following a comprehensive briefing that set the tone for a smooth and well-organised drive. This outing marked a special milestone for a few of the team. It was @Danie and @lucas amat first ever Fewbie Plus drive, and @Jessica Lambert debut as part of the support team — a fantastic step up for all of them. The terrain kept everyone on their toes, offering a great mix of challenges. We tackled everything from smaller technical sections to big dune climbs and flowing bowl loops. Despite the variety, everyone drove confidently and adapted well to each section. Teamwork really stood out during the recoveries, with excellent coordination and strong shovelling support when it was needed. It was great to see everyone pitching in and working together seamlessly. All in all, it was an excellent drive with a strong team spirit throughout. Thanks for the exciting drive everyone. We travel about 50km. And kept the pace up whilst shooting through the darkness and looking for nice Sidies! I managed to get crested on the diff again but thanks to lots of teamwork managed to escape relatively quickly 😅🙏 Was nice to sit around and enjoy a bit of a chill out coffee session on a cold night! DRIVE DESCRIPTION Need a quick mid-week night drive? Happy to drive out to Al Fayah? Interested in having a nice sit down tea/coffee before inflating and heading home? If you answered yes to these questions, have I got the drive for you! We will be doing a short blast (2.5 hours max) around Al Fayah on Tuesday night. We will start off heading through the sabkha then making our way back in reverse from the usual course. We will stop the convoy towards the end of the drive, and make some coffee and tea whilst looking at the sky and chatting (30 minute break). Don't forget your chair! We will attempt to keep the flow going at a relatively high pace.. linking ridge to ridge where possible.
