    Wow the new 2024 satellite view in google maps from airbus KILLS the resolution from the gaia gps premium satellite feed. look at the resolution difference!

    I fit the ARB inside my cut down spare mount with lots of free space. Could probably fit a ARB twin inside the standard spare wheel mount. Works well. https://carnity.com/forums/topic/18830-on-board-air-compressor-install/

    issue i had was the new tyres fit just fine. (265/65R17) but because of the different offset of the new rims the door cover would not close. Looked around for a nice delete for my model but decided it was easier to sawzal 4.5cm of depth off the spare tyre mount and weld it back together so that it was the right size. problem solved and could leave the covers, lights, sensors etc alone. (apart from the old man look problem)

    when they announced these new petrol models coming to the UAE next i would have ordered one instantly were it not for all the changes I just completed to the pajero in nov last year.. sunk too much money into it to change now. if looking at the new ones, check with insurance and the agency about vehicle usage. Al futtiam would not let me arrange testdrive of the short wheelbase LC70 2 door without first providing my trade-license, as they were offering it as commercial vehicle only... this was at end of nov(29th) last year after first announced but not sure what the situation is now that it is showing in diff section of website. They were ok with the long wheelbase model as private sales at the time.. if not based on looks the 2024 fortuner GXR comes with same engine and diff lock and slightly less price.

    @Emanuel You might want to look at the settings of the place you are uploading the video to. For example, when I export from my gopro at 4k, or the insta, it looks amazing on my phone, as well as on the TV on my home network. But when I upload it to youtube/vimeo/instagram/facebook, or send via whatsapp the video is downsized and down sampled resulting in the grainyness. youtube for example will re-encode your videos as well which depending on size and format you have uploaded in, take a bit of time to do. Watching is straight after uploading will not look as good as hours or days later once the re-encode is complete. And yes i have same suction cup mount as @Jaro Tuzinsky

    In stock form, I would get around 530km per tank combined city/highway driving in abu dhabi. Now, with A/T tyres geolander g016 265/65R17, and large roof rack with jerry cans up top, i get 480-490km per tank when using it for combined city/highway driving in abu dhabi. Notes: do not exceed 120 kph when highway driving. drive until red light comes on, then add fuel. obvs when driving offroad that number drops dramatically. Long drives on highway (road tripping) do not see me get any extra mileage. stay between 480-490km per tank. looks like a cool app

    Hi @Nicolò please try setting the STEP on your baofeng to 25. Then you should be able to set the channel for 6 and 10 no problems. (here is channel 6 & 10 on my baofeng, and can transmit and receive to crony/motorola on same channels no problem)

    Nice tutorial. I'm using UV5R with firmware BFB298 and haven't come across any problems getting excess static on the radio. Maybe the later firmware versions cleaned up the settings/squelch algo. But will bookmark this incase i run into the problem in the future. Cheers.,
