    Sadly I need to pull out. My Pajero is in garage due to the engine stalling and having big fuel/air mixture problems 30-60L/100km lol. Even if it gets fixed, I'd want to drive it for a week to make sure it's safe for the desert. Have fun guys

    I threw together a video of the very close call by the Defender. It was incredible seen how everyone tackled this very dangerous position. Props to @Myrko for keeping his cool and everyone else for how the situation was approached

    I'm voting for @J-P L and his Jimny. He's done a bunch of subtle mods and it fills me with joy seeing that thing dance over the dunes, going where all the big, heavy boys go. I still can't believe it's a manual... Hats off to you @J-P L

    Amazon arrived with all my stuff, so I'll see you at the start of the drive. Can't wait! @Jean Jarjoura I'm sure between us we can split your group and take them in one go. We'll have about 3 spaces in the back.

    Would it be worth agreeing a radio channel? That way, anyone arriving late or needing help can radio the group. There's a chance I might be late, but it depends on my BBQ delivery and Amazon 😅

My cheap Chinese compressor died under the tunnel so I'm looking into a decent one. Back home I did bodywork restoration, hobby mechanics and had a reputation for car entertainment systems so I love doing a bit of DIY.
