they will never admit that they have recalls its always in grey area. they ask you to come to them the service guy and warranty guy waste 2 hrs or more and decide its not under warranty and make the situation such way that you end up spending more then u can afford.

if i was to say that the warning is still there then am i doing something wrong not fixing it?
