I thik the 'S' versions have bigger wheels and the bumpers look different on the ground (effect package). They usually have dual exhaust unlike the single in A4. They seem to have tweaked the suspension. RS4 is race model strapped down with engine v6, v8 options delivering up to 400+ hp.

A4 is more of balanced version of everyday practicality + bit of performance and subtle looks.

When changing the spark plugs, the car is hesitating a little when moving.
