Good Workshop to FIX sunroof - BMW328i Motor is working only railings are damaged.

MY BMW has problem with rmp, it vibrates usually at the traffic signals when i stop. RPM vibrates between 600-1500...Once vehicle is driven for 10-15 mins.. this problem disappears. Any Idea ??
