For how long the hybrid car batteries last?

As per my experience, the batteries of the hybrid cars can last for 8 years. I know many salesmen stating that the hybrid car batteries last forever, which is not even possible. A time comes when battery cannot hold much charge even with hybrid features. So don’t believe such stupid things, and yes I as I said, it can last for good 7 to 8 years.

On the contrary, i would say that not even 8 years. May be 5 years max.
