petrol door is not opening

the fuel door is jammed and is not opening i have tried everything except going to the dealer as they are a rip off so before that one last try to make this work

Your fuel door is just a mechanical spring release. I think you're going to have to just replace it. You can buy the fuel door and get it changed with any mechanic. No big rocket science there.
