Sick of massage cards and magnets at my car door everyday

Anyone knows the best idea to deal with daily bombardment of massage cards and magnet stuck at my car door window daily? Some cards actually slips inside the door and i am scared to damage the power window mechanism or door lock if it get stuck someday. This could be serious safety issue.

 

One of the girl at my office who drive pink car is fortunate to not to get any cards, and she boast that's the best advantage of pink car. Yuck.

 

Any authorities are there to take action on these buggers, or they can keep doing this unsolicited business card distribution freely.....?

Easy way out is, catch the bengali or african guy once and tell him nicely that don't put it here anymore please. I did that once and it worked until few weeks the guy changed and I have to do same again.
