shadow79 Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 count me on the other side of the fence here... it all depends on the customer.. some call first and say how much to change a particular part in a particular car only so i just slash the diagnosis price and just give him the bare labour price and time to fix that particular some are there only to fine that one problem to fix and every other thing which is already in bad shape left alone some are there to properly fix their car and while we are at it also accommodate some other things as well which we encounter on the way...or at least let him know whats on the future list end of the day i cant just say no and return one back as i have a business to run... 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
