idling up and down

while accelerating the idle fluctuates which goes up and then it goes down

this happens when i go reverse as well

what could it be

Looks like throttle body need clean up or cable wire plastic pipe is little rough. Clean both of them, if still fluctuate its an electrical issue may be coil or better hooked up with computer and see the fault code.
